Our farm is a founding member of Beef and Lamb Board, a non-government organisation that aims to provide quality meat and meat products produced and processed by certified Bulgarian farms and meat processors.
The aim of the Board is to develop and implement rules and criteria to verify the origin of the product and trace it form farm to fork.
We believe this is the only way to establish a fair industry competition and deliver healthy food to our customers!
